Shipping Policy
At Nova Closet, we understand that knowing when and how your order will arrive is an important part of your shopping experience. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery coverage, available shipping methods, rates, estimated transit periods, and procedures related to shipment tracking and delivery concerns.
Shipping Within the United States
Nova Closet currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
All orders must include a complete and valid U.S. shipping address. Orders addressed to locations outside the United States are not eligible for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Fees
We currently provide the following delivery options for eligible U.S. orders:
Express Shipping
For customers who would like expedited delivery:
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days
Shipping rate: $15.00
Express Shipping is a paid expedited service. Selecting Express Shipping will result in the $15.00 charge even when the order value qualifies for complimentary Standard Shipping.
Standard Shipping
Our Standard Shipping service offers:
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days
Regular shipping rate: $8.00
FREE Standard Shipping for qualifying orders of $70.00 or more
For eligible orders below $70.00, the regular $8.00 Standard Shipping fee applies. Your available delivery methods and applicable shipping charges will be displayed before checkout is completed.
Order Processing
Orders are generally reviewed, prepared, and packed during normal business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays are typically excluded from processing schedules.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. The estimated delivery periods listed above begin after the order has been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier.
During holiday seasons, promotional events, periods of increased demand, or unexpected operational circumstances, additional processing time may be necessary.
Estimated Delivery
Our delivery timeframes are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed arrival dates.
Although most shipments are expected to arrive within the selected service window, delivery may be affected by carrier operations, severe weather, transportation disruptions, seasonal shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Nova Closet.
Tracking Information
When shipment tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details after their order has been dispatched.
Please allow sufficient time for the carrier to scan your package and activate its tracking history. It is normal for tracking information to take some time to display the first movement after a shipping confirmation has been issued.
Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before submitting an order. Please make sure the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number when applicable, city, state, and ZIP code are entered correctly.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact Nova Closet as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with corrections before shipment, but we cannot guarantee address modifications after fulfillment has begun or the package has entered the carrier network.
Delayed, Lost, or Undeliverable Orders
If your package has not arrived within the anticipated delivery period, please check the tracking information for the latest carrier update.
If a shipment appears significantly delayed, potentially lost in transit, or is returned as undeliverable, contact us with your order information. Nova Closet will review the available shipment details and assist in determining the appropriate next steps.
Delivery schedules may be affected by carrier delays, incorrect customer-provided addresses, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
